RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the complete case(s) for
a store credit. You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order
and requesting a replacement item during the return process. Please note that fulfilling
exchange requests are subjected to inventory availability at the time your return
is received and processed. To ensure the availability of your desired replacement
item(s), you may wish to submit a new purchase order, rather than requesting an
exchange during the return process. All exchanges will involve the return of your
original purchase and the creation of a new purchase order; therefore, you will
see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. Please note that all
requests for credit not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee; also, return may only be accepted for Dnd Fashion
Inc. store credit. Also note that all return or exchange request must be made within
5 business days upon receipt of goods. We reserve the right to refuse any return
request not made within 5 business days after receipt of goods. It is very important
that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt!
How do I return my product?
Before returning merchandise to Dnd Fashion, you are required to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Sales Department. Our representatives
will review your request within 24 hours and issue the RMA number per our return
policy. Returns without a RMA number attached on the package will not be accepted;
we will not be responsible for losses of any kind. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable
merchandise returned due to the customers' error or change of mind are subjected
to 20% restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges. However, if your returned
merchandise is due to wrong item shipped by us, we will issue a store credit to
you or send call tag to collect the merchandise back.
*** PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases
are final on clearance items.
When does my return become processed? Do I get credit or refund?
Most returns are processed within 5 business days once the merchandise is received
at our warehouse and properly check for damaged. Since we only offer wholesale service,
all returns will receive store credits only, no direct refund. Store credit for
the returned item(s) will be posted to your account so you can use it for your next
purchase. Please check with us to see if your credit has been issued by calling
us or emailing Sales@Annashoesla.com.
Am I responsible for return shipping fees?
It is customer's responsibility to send the merchandise back to us. Dnd Fashion
only pay for return shipping for mishandled merchandise (wrong item shipped). For
other types of return, customer will need to pay for return shipping freight.
Customers are responsible for all returned shipping fees associated with exchanges
and returns, which are not due to defective or mishandled merchandise.
