Q – How do I buy the shoes on your website?
A – You will not be able to purchase the shoes on our website; we are only the distributor
of ANNA SHOES. If you need information on how to buy the product please fill out
the contact page.
Q – How much does your shoes cost?
A – Price may vary depending on the retail stores, please contact your local retailer
for pricing information.
Q – Do I need to fill out the entire request form?
A – No, but the more complete you fill it out the better we can help you with your
request, we will send the information you request through the e-mail you provide,
so please spell check the address, and don’t worry, you will not be placed in any
mailing list.
Q – How long does it take to get a respond after I fill out the form?
A – The time it takes for us to respond to your mail may take few hours up to several
days due to high volume of request. We thank you for your patience in advance; we
will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Q – Is this all the styles you currently have?
A – No, what you see on our website is just a small collection; please visit your
local retailer for more selection.
Q – I saw your shoes in a magazine, how do I get them?
A –Please email us with the styles name and we will get back to you within 24-48hrs
of where you will be able to purchased them, either online or at a local retailer.
Q – I saw a pair of your shoes at a store but they do not carry my size, what do
I do?
A – Please ask the store for the style name and we will look up our database to
see which other retailer in your area carries that same style.
Q – How can I get a copy of your catalog?
A – Unfortunately we do not offer any catalogs at the moment, please back our website
regularly for new styles.

A – Please fill out the contact inquiry, make sure to include your business name and address.
Q – I am trying to complete the contact inquiry form but I do not have tax ID, what do I do?
A – Tax ID is the same as Business ID or a government issued number for you business.
Q – I am in the process of starting a business, how can I buy from you?
A – Please fill out the contact Inquiry as complete as possible and we will have someone contact you as soon as possible.
